2-day basic avalanche safety skills course with a certified instructor from the Norwegian Mountaineering Association. This course provides the participants with the skills and practical tools to navigate more safe in back country terrain by reducing risk and practise search and rescue.

Are you a skier and want to try out backcountry skiing with backcountry equipment? This course introduces you to the basics of traveling with backcountry skis or splitboards in the mountains. Basic avalanche safety skills and how to use the gear and uphill travel techniques is learned.
